This policy explains how AINIKO LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Ainiko", "we", "us"), handles personal information collected through ainiko.ai and in the course of providing our services.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or submit a form on this site, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email address, and message.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
- Client information. When a business engages us, we receive business contact and billing details needed to deliver and invoice our services.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, send invoices and service communications, protect the security of our systems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Data we process for our clients
Our clients may use systems we build or operate to handle information about their own customers. In that case we act on the client's behalf and under our agreement with them, and the client is responsible for its own privacy notices. Questions about that information should go to the business you dealt with.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored on our systems. Stripe's handling of payment information is described in its own privacy policy.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us operate, and only as needed for that purpose. These include our website host (Netlify), our email and productivity provider, our payment processor (Stripe), our bank, and content delivery services that load fonts and scripts on this site (Google Fonts and jsDelivr). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
