These terms govern your use of ainiko.ai, operated by AINIKO LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Ainiko", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to them.
Our services
This site describes the services Ainiko offers. Any services we provide to a client are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between Ainiko and that client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are set out in each client agreement or invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by paying through Stripe you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.
Use of this site
You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Ainiko or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ainiko is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for client services is governed by the applicable client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
